Welcome

Texas State University

Students and Graduates,
we're hiring.

Program Logistics

We want students to succeed; their success is a direct contribution to the future of our teams; a win-win for all. To do so, we provide transparent details below.

1
Our Culture

The culture of the internship is supportive.  We want students to win because they form future generations of team members at Mastic.

However, program guidelines are applied objectively. No student can be advanced, promoted, nor employed on any basis but merit. Bring your best to the table, good work should yield good rewards.

2
Eligibility

Eligibility for Level 1 or Level 2 are dependent upon the application recommendation, current resume, and a Mastic team members' field assessment of their skill level in their chosen field.

This program is ADA friendly and provided by an Equal Opportunity Employer. Mastic adheres to all US Federal and State guidelines and standards for qualified employment.

3
Work Flow

Internship hours are flexible and may be scheduled to accomodate student's academic responsibilities, that being said a minimum of 15 hours a week is necessary. We want to work with interns who are looking for a future career, not just a job.

Interns may work from home or work at our HQ in Castle Hills on a case by case basis. We will attempt to work with students to accomodate their needs.
