Program Logistics

We want students to succeed, their success is a direct contribution to our teams and forms a win-win dynamic. To do so, we provide as much transparent information as we can upfront:

Internship hours are flexible and may be scheduled to accomodate student's academic responsibilities, that being said a minimum of 15 hours a week is necessary. Interns may work from home or work at our Corporate Office in Castle Hills to assist them with staying on track in their studies and their internship.

The culture of the internship is supportive; we want students to win because they often form future generations of team members at Mastic. However, program guidelines will be observed objectively. No student can be advanced nor promoted nor employed on any basis but that of Merit.

This program is ADA friendly and provided by an Equal Opportunity Employer and adheres to all Federal Guidelines and State standards for qualified employment.

Eligibility for Level 1 or Level 2 is dependent upon the student recommendation, application, current resume, and a Mastic team members assessment of their skill level in their chosen field.
